Aaron Rodgers Seems Fired Up About New Packers Offense
I am not a futures bettor, but I might become one if I keep having bad beats like I had the last two nights. I probably should though. Before the NBA season, I texted my SnoTapWI associates that I liked Giannis Antetokounmpo to win NBA MVP at +550. I suggested that we all put down around 25 dollars and go forward with that money. Even though it would be incredibly rare, the state of Wisconsin could have three straight MVP in three of the four major sports. Aaron Rodgers’ redemption season is definitely upon us. Listen to him talk about Matt LaFleur’s offense in this one minute. The dude sounds through the moon.
I can't get enough of @AaronRodgers12 going through the film clips put together by the coaching staff to highlight new plays and concepts for the Packers install of their new offense. Inject this into my veins for the next three months. Via @packers https://t.co/KW4MzXpiex pic.twitter.com/dxT3zSwJTo

Rodgers looks glowing to the media talking about LaFleur’s offense, and I’m here for it. This is a porn clip in my eyes. Rodgers has not seemed this happy about the Packers in a long time. And for good reason, change is usually a good thing especially when it is a situation where the previous establishment wore out its welcome. There is no malice towards Rodgers-Mike McCarthy (Or so they have you believe), but the offensive principles did not fit with what a modern football team needs to do. Part of me wonders if LaFleur already broached Rodgers about running the ball more and curious to see how he felt about that one. That will be a difference in this Packers team, and how the Packers’ quarterback reacts to that will be telling.
