Brewers Pull Off Legendary Baserunning Play
Last night, I went to Miller Park and saw something I never witnessed before in my lifetime. Christian Yelich and Lorenzo Cain pulled off a baserunning play for the ages last night. It was a truly incredible play that left everyone in awe in the stands. People were going nuts over a baserunning play. It was that damn good by Cain and Yelich, but mostly Cain. Does it make it better than they pulled off this move against the Chicago Cubs? Yes, yet it does.

The move ended up paying off for Milwaukee with the team scoring two runs on the next at-bat with Travis Shaw slashing a double down the right field line. That’s one of those plays that will eat at the Cubs. There is no way both Cain and Yelich should have been safe on tha play. Cain credits Kansas City Royals’ coach Rusty Kuntz for that baserunning play. Yes, that name will always be funny. I’m sorry but it will.
