Bucks Fail To Show Up & Get Blasted by Indiana
Don’t let the final score fool you, this game was a fucking blowout. You ask yourself – Should we be mad at Milwaukee’s effort as this is their third game in four games, and the coach doesn’t believe in the new era of the NBA where players do not play 35 minutes per game. Or do we get mad that for seemingly the fifth or sixth time in the last six weeks, Milwaukee tried to show up and not give a shit about the game only to have it blow up in their face. Indiana won only by 13, but they were dominant throughout this game. Milwaukee cannot keep delivering these listless outings.
Jason Kidd can’t manage a bench to save his life
Jesus Christ. This guy. Let me tell you, I know some people are hard on Kidd, but he deserves it after last night. Bucks were getting absolutely housed at halftime, yet, he still found a way to play Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton over 30 minutes whilst both guys didn’t really want to be there. Kidd had this whole philosophy of ‘holding guys accountable’ go out the fucking window with this game. He has zero idea how to find rotations to get Sean Kilpatrick, Sterling Brown and others in the game.
Giannis can’t shoot the ball eight times
This is arguably the worst night we’ve seen from Giannis Antetokounmpo. He gets Thad Young defense who is historically bad and yet Giannis can barely get going. He finished with 17 points snapping his 20-point streak at 25 and only shot the ball eight times. Now, he did get to the line 14 times,so, that may have affected these numbers yet still, under 10 is unacceptable for a player of his caliber.
Sterling Brown and Sean Kilpatrick, hello!
Wouldn’t you know it that Brown and Kilpatrick come off the bench to get buckets? Of course they did. Kidd once again wears the clown suit and looks like a fucking dope by keeping these guys rested on the bench. Brown scored 11 points in 12 minutes. Kilpatrick had seven in eight minutes. WHY THE HELL ARE THESE GUYS PLAYING LIMITED MINUTES YOU BALD BUFFOON.
Milwaukee’s next opponent to play down to is Orlando on Wednesday night. It’s perfect really, they play at Dallas the night prior before heading to Milwaukee, and the Bucks have a big Friday game with Golden State. It’s shaping up for a beautiful letdown, even if the Magic cannot stop a perimeter player to save their soul.
