Bucks New Song ‘Let It Fly’ is MKE’s Song of the Summer
Milwaukee Bucks have done it. They brought back one of the biggest nostalgia hits for the 2019 NBA Playoff run. In the early 2000’s, they used to have a very cheesy song called “Light It Up.” People loved it, and Milwaukee probably used it for far too long. Once Mark Pope was part of the song, it had ran its course. Ever since then, Milwaukee did not have a theme song until yesterday. Bucks released ‘Let It Fly’ to pay tribute to their ability to shoot threes whenever and wherever. Not surprising, the song slaps.

I love everything about it honestly. I cannot find any flaw with it. Maybe that we didn’t get a D.J. Wilson appearance? But other than that, this is what we need in our lives right now. I commend Milwaukee for going all-in for the playoffs. It is not surprising, but they’re pulling out all of the stops for the playoff appearance. Obviously, the Bucks marketing team believe this will be a long stint versus the team’s usual first round exit. You can tell it’s very different around here given their promotion around the arena and then dying the river green, it’s great to see. Hope that we hear ‘Let It Fly’ at all of the bars in Milwaukee this Spring/Summer.
