James Jones Predicts MVP Season For Aaron Rodgers
Former Packers wide receiver James Jones loves two things. One is breaking news. Two are making predictions about the Green Bay Packers. Last year, Jones thought the Packers would go 13-3 in 2019. This year, JJ is calling his shot with Aaron Rodgers. Jones predicts that Rodgers will come out with a chip on his shoulder and win the NFL MVP award for the 2020 season. Rodgers and Jones have a good relationship and talk on a regular basis. He didn’t just say that to have bloggers like me discuss it the next day.

I love this thinking. Do I believe Rodgers could be the MVP? He always has a chance. It is always a good decision to lay a little cash on Rodgers’ MVP odds in August. This is a great year to do it, and perhaps do it a little earlier because I assume there will be others with this line of thinking. I know much has been made about Rodgers getting more help in the running game versus the passing game. But remember this, Matt Ryan won MVP in Year two under LaFleur and Kyle Shanahan.
