Jayson Tatum Causally Kicked Giannis in Overtime

I’m not one to complain too much about officials. Do they make me mad? Yes. Do I vocalize my frustration with them over Twitter or with friends? Yes I do, bu. But I very rarely blame refs for the outcome of a game. I will not do that for Bucks-Celtics, but I’ll say this, it’s a shame the officials missed a baltent kick from Jayson Tatum. When Giannis Antetokounmpo and Tatum went down for a loose ball, you can see Tatum give Giannis a bit of a donkey kick down there. That could have led to a technical or flagrant which would have gave Milwaukee a chance at a point plus the ball back. What could have been? (H/T @Throwback_Sports)

Since it did not affect Game 1, you’re going to see a pissed off Giannis in Game 2. Tatum poked the bear, and he’s going to be ready to give you a massive game on Tuesday night. I hope Mr. Tatum understands what he did there with his childish kick. He awoke the monster, and the Bucks aren’t going to let themselves get pushed around in this series by a bunch of young dudes and a twin who thinks he’s tougher than he actually is. We’ll see if the NBA has a ruling towards Tatum today.
Charlie.
