Lopez Brothers Reading To Kids Gives You All The Happy Feels
Milwaukee Bucks do a great job getting out in the Milwaukee community. While NBA players are not role models, it is fun for kids of all ages to see a pro athlete visit their school, community area, or anything of that ilk. Yesterday, Brook and Robin Lopez read to children as part of their literacy campaign. The Lopez brothers’ community mission is to get more kids to read, therefore, they put together a ‘Blocks for Books’ campaign. Every block that Brook or Robin has this season, 100 dollars goes to the Next Door Foundation. The Lopez Brothers have raised $15,000 so far this season. What’s fun about this video is Brook and Robin both use special voices to narrate the book they’re reading to kids.

Seriously, how awesome is this video? These guys are the best. Reading to kids is one thing, but then adding voices to the characters to go along with it is truly special. Brook and Robin are the biggest kids and love to have fun beyond the basketball court. Good for them for showing that pro athletes can have fun reading books. Hopefully, it inspires those to read more in their daily life.
