Mike Daniels Supports Wilkerson’s Visit
Packers are going to be visiting with former Pro Bowler and New York Jets defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson today. He plans to visit other teams, but many hope that they are not going to let him leave Green Bay without a contract. Wilkerson chose Green Bay first over the other teams. Packers are trying to make moves early on and putting their money where their mouth is. We shall see if Wilkerson ends up being a Packer by the end of today. We know one thing though… Green Bay’s defensive lineman Mike Daniels is a big fan of it.

The SnoTap crew is big on bringing Mo Wilks to the Frozen Tundra. The Mike Pettine connection is strong, and he appears to be the type of defensive coordinator who likes to bring some of his own talent with him. The Packers have a pretty solid defensive line, and they’re loading up their pass rush efforts with Wilkerson. Remember if anyone from Packers Pinhead Nation bitches about this move, point them to the countless times they bitched that Ted Thompson did nothing. It’s okay to keep making a strong position stronger. Packers need to rebuild this defense, and I believe it starts with Wilkerson.
