Milwaukee’s Love For Sports Has Never Been Stronger
Milwaukee is one of the sports hubs of the United States of America. It might sound ridiculous to people in bigger cities or more high-profile teams, yet it is 100 percent true. Milwaukee is home to the best basketball team in the NBA, and they have the best player in the league as well. The Cream City is also home to a baseball team that made the playoffs for the last two years, and they have an MVP on their team as well. Bucks and Brewers are helping out the city in more ways than one. Then you add the Green Bay Packers’ success along with Wisconsin’s Rose Bowl appearance, Milwaukee is on fire. That’s why it’s not a surprise Milwaukee finished second in viewership for the Super Bowl.

Milwaukee finished higher than San Francisco or the Bay Area, think about that. They had no dog in the fight, but they’re invested in sports. Some people in the city feel Milwaukee is too sports-centric, but in reality, it is bad for business to not focus on sports in some way. People care more about the sports team in Milwaukee than ever before. Some people are strictly Bucks fans or strictly Brewers fans. Or they like them all.
This summer could be unlike anything we’ve seen and if that happens, everyone will know about Milwaukee.
