Omar Narvaez’s Catcher Cam is Must-Watch For Brewers Fans

Milwaukee Brewers are enjoying Summer Camp at their home ballpark. Brewers are getting ready for their shortened 60-game season which will begin in 11 days. It is crazy to have baseball back in our lives after being gone for nearly nine months. Baseball is trying to do things to make the fans feel more engaged with these intrasquad scrimmages. The Brewers are having a ‘Blue and Gold World Series’ which is in primetime on Tuesday (If I’m Fox Sports Wisconsin, I carry that game). The catcher cam is so cool. Omar Narvaez had a small camera attached to him, and the fans got to see the game through the lens of the catcher.

Do I wish Narvaez would have shit talked a bit with the camera on? 100 percent. It would have made it better. The sounds of the baseball bat from his spot are great though. I wonder if baseball will try to get catchers to wear them during a game? I highly doubt the catchers would be on board considering all the signs, the calls, and everything else. Catchers are about as paranoid as Phillip and Elizabeth from The Americans. Regardless, it is a cool way to view baseball for a minute plus.
