Sinclair Makes Smart Decision on YouTubeTV

Last week, many people including yours truly, faced the fact that might have to choose another streaming system that wasn’t YouTubeTV. For me and others, this news truly sucked. YouTubeTV is probably one of the best investments I made in the last year. I spent most of my adult life saying that I would never go away from cable because I didn’t want to miss sports, and with YouTubeTV, besides the NFL Network, I do not miss a beat. Therefore, the stress about FOX Sports Wisconsin leaving the platform was extremely stressful (First world problems, I know, relax). The good news is FOX Sports Wisconsin is not leaving. And that’s fantastic news for the summer.
YouTube TV subscribers: We’re pleased to reach a new agreement with YouTube TV. Most YouTube TV subscribers will continue to see Bucks & Brewers games and all the comprehensive coverage on FOX Sports Wisconsin.

Not sure what they mean about most, but it appears that things are all good to go. Sinclair truly made the smart move here to keep things on multiple streaming networks. And the same can be said for YouTubeTV. With a potential of 21 RSN’s all going away around the country, that could have a nightmare in lost subscribers that would have been a slow drip. It would start with basketball fans then baseball fans and finally hockey fans and finally basketball fans. Some even switched the day it happened which was wild! I’m glad I rode it out because I’m more than happy with my streaming service.
Charlie.
