Christian Yelich Called Summer Camp Slump his ‘Bob Uecker Impression’
Christian Yelich did not play well at Summer Camp in the Milwaukee Brewers intrasquad games. Who knows why Yeli had his struggles with Summer Camp. Maybe it is due to playing against his guys, or he just wanted the games to start. It might be the former considering he went yard against the Chicago White Sox yesterday. He met with the media today and they’re were wondering about the perceived slump. Yelich had the best answer that he possibly could and said it was his ‘Bob Uecker impression.’

This is the best way to answer this question. I’m not even sure why this was asked if we’re in the trust tree. Slumps in Spring Training or Summer Camp are common and are not usually reflective at the start of the season. Now and again, they carry over. But Yelich is one of the best to do it right now. Also, Uecker will eat up this answer too on Friday’s broadcast. Uecker is going to have a field day without any crowds. He already did with Yelich’s home run last night. The dude will bring back some serious Harry Carry memories.
