Good City Brewing’s ‘Home’ Is Your Craft Beer for Summer

Last Saturday, I had a wedding at Good City Brewing. When you do have a wedding at a brewery, it is fun, but you can get extremely full due to copious amounts of craft beer. The good news is the folks at Good City Brewing figured a craft beer that you can drink all day long without a full feeling. The beer is called ‘Home’ and the ABV is around 4.6 percent. It is a lager beer, and easily, the most drinkable beer I’ve had in a while. The taste could be described as an import beer comparable to Heineken or Carlsburg.
Judging by the Instagram caption, they made this beer for basketball games and other sporting events. I could see that. When sports are back on, Home is a beer to consider attending Brewers and Bucks games. To me, ‘Home’ is going to become a staple beer for Good City Brewing. They haven’t had their ‘Happy Space’ or ‘Riverwest Stein’ yet, and to me, this is their answer. Any type of beer drinker could enjoy this beer.
If you’re dealing with the grocery stores today or this weekend in Milwaukee (Good luck if you are), pick up a six-pack of ‘Home.’
Charlie.
