Rick Carlisle Isn’t Interested, Bucks (Wink, Wink)
The dream of mine happened yesterday. Rick Carlisle’s name got mentioned in the Bucks coaching rumor mill. That’s the ultimate dream. He’s a great coach who has brought teams to great lengths with not much to work with it as the head coach. The rumors died about as quick as my 7th grade relationship where a girl dumped me on AIM. Carlisle denied the whole thing and announced his commitment to the Dallas Mavericks. Rick is playing hard to get, which I can appreciate it him doing to keep us all interested.
Rick Carlisle just issued the following statement: "Rumors that I have interest in the Milwaukee Bucks' job are completely inaccurate. I work for Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks."

It’s likely better this way. What if Rick and Giannis didn’t like each other? What if he was a fan of another Jason Terry year? I’m going to keep telling myself all of this things. Additionally, We probably should have known this wasn’t true considering the source. Our old pal, Gery Woelfl, the Royce Clayton of sportswriting. Every now and again, Gery will get a hit but most of the time, it’s a strike out. I appreciate Gery still trying to find new ways to keep himself in the news. This tweet belongs in the hall of fame.
Bucks have reached out to every Spurs coach not named Popovich, but have yet to interview any asst. coach for Cleveland or Golden St., which have been in the Finals the last 3 yrs. Bucks owners should hire a search firm for a coaching search committee.
